I've written about "The Witcher" before, and at the time I thought it was the best thing I've ever seen.

It's gotten even better!

With the release of "The Witcher Enhanced Edition" that adds new content, completely overhauls the voice acting, corrects all the old bugs and improves on the original's already gorgeous graphics.

Very quietly last week, Microsoft released three more updates for the Windows Vista Ultimmate OS. Nothing major like bug fixes, or security patches, these were simply Ultimate Extras.

I don't bother with many of those toys that they consider extras. Dreamscene is okay I guess, if you are into that type of thing. The only use I know of for Dreamscene is to overheat your processors and keep the RAM nice and toasty. I simply don't need nor run any type of screensaver and that's that.

Tinker however is something worth downloading.

This little game has a way of making you stay up late moving your little robot around. Fun ...yes it is surprisingly. I like puzzle type games and this one is a blast. Sure its aimed at us regular folks, nothing fantastic about it; but ...it does have a way of making time move very quickly.

Check it out for yourself, Tinker is available through Windows Update, providing you are running Ultimate that is.
