It's not surprising that Sanrio designates April 1st as the birthday of their most mischievous penguin, Badtz Maru. Happy birthday Badtz! This penguin with an attitude even has a former british military vessel named after him. A must for any fan is a visit to Sanriotown.com, complete with email service (does yourname at hellokitty.com or kuririnmail.com sound good?), wallpapers, ecards and games. If all that isn't enough Badtz Maru for you, try looking at his web-home in Japan! Even if you don't know Japanese, it's still super cute!
