I love penguins

My firstborn passed away from a heart transplant and every year I do something in his memory - this year it is going to be adopt a penguin. He loved them and I love them. Hey, my favorite kid movie is Happy Feet. : )

I am glad that you are doing something in his memory , what was his age....

God bless his soul and strengthen you day by day and may the lord give you more power by each passing day.

Thank you for your comment. Jason was 18 months old. He received his heart at 3 weeks old. The youngest on the East Coast. I am so glad that God blessed me with him for 18 months. Every year I have donated money or bought bricks at the local zoo or just found a good cause that I can belong to so Jason's name is always out there. I want to always do something in his name. He was a wonderful little boy.

Wow! I never expected to read something like this here. If there's anything the P+ members can do to help, just ask us. And don't forget to post about your penguin when you've adopted it.

Thanks, I really appreciate it. I hope to adopt the Penguin something this Fall. I always do something in Jason's name around the Fall. I am constantly donating money in his name throughout the year - Hurricane Katrina, etc., but I usually do something big around the Fall.

it is beautiful and heartwarming, the way you choose to commemorate your son. beautifully and amidst smiles! I am sure Jason will love the penguin and love you like he always has, for remembering these details about him!

Thanks, I am going to start today with my project. Get a jump on it before the Fall. I am excited and once I have a picture of him/her, I will send it to everyone.
