It´s never too late to live in the present

Flea market

Sometimes the flea markets move from the shops to the harbour. I like when they do that

Good photos, especially of the storefront. You'd find me in that store. I love flea markets. Where I live, we have Goodwill and Savers, both second hand stores w/ clothing, furniture, dishes....everything. Very cheap. My sister is speechless when she has complimented me on what I am wearing and I tell her it was bought at Goodwill.

I'd love to go exploring that shop. That's in Helsingør?

Isn't it strange how the ugly, the decayed and the weird tend to become attractive when photographed?

@ Becky
Yeah. They caught my eye right away :D

@ PW
That´s funny PW. I live exactly as you describe it. I think, even if I was rich, I´d still buy a lot of stuff in flea markets and Goodwill stores. It appeals to the deepest human instincts. Hunting and gathering  Thanks by the way for providing me with the correct spelling of a flea market. Flee market gives the item a whole different meaning

@ Angeliki
Ofcourse I´ll share dear, but you just gave me an exellent idea and task. Once Wicked Lizard (Isabel) gave me a task of finding spirals in my surroundings and I found a lot. Now I´ll go door hunting, just for you  But I´ll have to wait for the weekend, I think. Then I might make a post called : Doors of Elsinore. :D

@ Allan
Yes Allan. In good ol´ Elsinore it is. It´s in Sudergade, as the street sign says :D.
About beautifying the ugly by taking pictures of it, is a subject you´ve described very well once in one of your posts. I remember I read it with great interest. That was before I bought my digital camera

@ Elly
Yes they are!!! I couldnt believe my visual luck when I saw them! :hat:

@ Kimberly
So do I K. I often by valuable tools, which have a strength and quality, you cant find anywhere in the ordinairy shops.

We have that here too. Once saw a guy get tackled trying to 'flee' with a case of beer right in front of me. Scared the you-know-what out of me!
