I just saw the Animation that was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature in January 2008 "Perspolis"
The cool thing about this Cartoon is that it`s a real story about Marjane_Satrapi<=== Click to know more About her.
So i loved the Cartoon and i suggest it to anyone that likes to see her story that not only happened to her but is still happening to all of us,so be sure to go and look for it the next time you go to buy some cool thing`s 
Oww and the cool thing about this cartoon is that Sean Penn dose one of the voices in the English version

Persepolis was adapted into an animated film of the same name, which debuted at the Cannes Film Festival inMay 2007 and shared a Special Jury Prize with Still Light (Luz silenciosa) by Carlos Reygadas. Co-written and co-directed by Satrapi and Vincent Paronnaud,the French-language picture stars the voices ofChiara Mastroianni, Catherine Deneuve, Danielle Darrieux, and Simon Abkarian.The English version, starring the voices of Gena Rowlands, Sean Penn, and Iggy Pop, was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature in January 2008.
A pleasant surprise, "Persepolis" is a beautiful and wrenching autobiography with wonderful animation, competent voice acting, and a story that needs to be heard again and again.
