I want to edit my profile
Your profile contains all personal information about you on My Opera. It includes among other things your name, your Wii friend codes, and fast facts about you.
To change your profile, sign in to My Opera, select the "My page" menu in the header, choose "Profile", and click the button marked "Edit profile". When you have finished making changes, scroll down and click "Save profile".
How do I change my status?
If you'd like to edit your status you can do this from your profile.
How can I change my password?
Go to your blog account ("My page" - "Account") and click on "Password".
I need to change my e-mail address.
To change your e-mail address you have to log in to your My Opera account. In the "My page" menu in the header, choose "Profile", and click on "Edit profile". Change your e-mail address, scroll down, and click on "Save profile".
I want to change my profile- and avatar picture.
From the "My page" menu in the header, choose "Profile", and click "Edit profile". Under "Photo", click the "Choose" button, and select a profile picture. Hint: The photo will automatically be scaled down if it is larger than 320*240 pixels.
If you would like to change your avatar (a small image (50*50 pixels) that is displayed next to your username on all the posts you make), then click the "Choose" button under "Avatar", and select an avatar.
When you have finished changing your profile- and/or avatar picture, click the "Save profile" button at the bottom of the page.
I want a forum signature
First, make sure you're logged in to your My Opera account. Go to the forums section and click on "My settings" (alternatively, use this direct link). Add a forum signature ("Title and forum signature") and save changes!
I want to change my username.
In fact we do not change usernames anymore as it only breakes most features related to that account..
How can I delete my account?
For the sake of preserving links referencing any content created, we do not allow users to delete their accounts. You may, however, manually remove any blog posts, images, messages, personal information or any other content you have created. If you choose to not use your My Opera Community account, there is no direct action required to have it removed.
