Upload skin/setup
To upload a skin/setup you need to login to your My Opera account. If you don't have a My Opera account, you first need to sign up.

Downloading Skins
Simply press the download button and Opera will automatically install the skin.
If you want to save the skin files to your hard drive without installing it, then just right click the download button and select "Save target as...".
